CleanSpark acquires seven mining facilities to increase hash rate by 22%

American bitcoin mining company CleanSpark has signed an agreement to purchase seven cryptocurrency mining facilities in Knoxville, Tennessee.
On the 11th (local time), Clean Spark signed a memorandum of understanding with Exponential Digital.

CleanSpark said the acquisition will increase its hashrate by 22%, and that the deal is expected to close by September 25.
The seven facilities will each have a capacity of 10MW to 20MW, providing a total of 85MW of power.
