The construction is currently in the final stages of completion, with a new building permit for a single house measuring 348.05 square metres (approximately 105 tsubo) in size and floor area of 351 tsubo.
The current asking price for the detached houses is over 100 million won (US$90,000) per 3.3 square meters of land, meaning the market profit is at least 8 billion won.
The estimate is that the amount could reach up to 10 billion won (approximately 83.27 million yen) or up to 10 billion won (approximately 10 million yen). Park said, "The area around the line where the house is located is a place where the heads of the business world live.
