China's National Bureau of Statistics: Added value of industrial enterprises above a certain size increased 4.5% - Chinese media

China's National Bureau of Statistics announced on the 14th that the added value of industrial enterprises above a certain size (enterprises with annual main operating revenues of 20 million yen or more) in August increased by 4.5% compared to the same month last year.
This is a 0.32% increase from July. By sector, mining and manufacturing increased by 3.7%, manufacturing by 4.3%, and the production and supply of electricity, thermal energy, gas, and water by 6.8%.
In addition, the equipment manufacturing industry and the high-tech manufacturing industry showed high growth rates, increasing by 6.4% and 8.6%, respectively. Looking at production volume by product, new energy vehicles increased by 30.5%, service robots increased by 20.
In the first eight months of this year, the added value of industrial enterprises of a certain size or larger increased 5.8% compared to the same period last year.
