32 units of 282-pyeong apartments have been listed for sale at Aetherno Cheongdam in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which is famous for being the residence of actor Song Joong Ki and singer IU.
The listing price has risen to 10 billion won (approximately 3.38 billion yen), and interest is focused on who will be the new owner. This property has a panoramic view of the Han River, is a maisonette type, and even has a private garden.
Previously, Song Joong Ki and IU sold a 230 sqm apartment for 15 billion won (approximately 1.58 billion yen) and 13 billion won (approximately 1.37 billion yen), respectively, which became a hot topic.
It is expected that this property will also be purchased by famous celebrities and key figures in the business world. Eterno Cheongdam, which was completed in December last year and began accepting residents early this year, is a leading building in the construction industry.
