North Korea launches ”trash balloons” into South Korea again, following an earlier attack four days ago

North Korea has once again begun sending "garbage balloons" toward South Korea, following on from four days earlier. South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff announced on the 22nd that "North Korea is again sending garbage balloons toward South Korea."
The Joint Chiefs of Staff said on the same day, "At present, it is believed that the garbage balloons may be moving toward Gyeonggi Province and the greater Seoul area."
He continued, "All citizens should be careful of falling cargo, and if you spot a fallen balloon, do not approach it and report it to the nearest military unit or police.
I ask you to do so," he added.
