The news spread when Baek Hyun was invited to the National Museum of Korea's 50th anniversary ceremony, "New Past, Old Future," as a donor member.
The National Museum of Korea Association is a museum support group that promotes donations and a culture of donations by people who love museums.
Through the BAEK Foundation, the organization actively works to promote cultural activities for the public good, such as donating artifacts, improving exhibition halls, helping academic and educational development, and spreading traditional culture.
In January, HYUN donated 50 million won (approximately 5.5 million yen) in the hopes of helping to recover unclaimed Korean artifacts.
"The National Museum of Korea, which represents Korea, will have a better exhibition environment and will be able to recover Korean artifacts that have not been collected in other countries for the benefit of Korean descendants," said BAEK HYUN.
"I hope that our undiscovered relics will be returned to their rightful place and that many people will be able to share them with them."
HYUN released his 4th mini album "Hello, World" on September 6th and had initial sales of 1,096,900.
Even in the 13th year since his debut, he has continued to be loved as an artist who continues to grow, having broken his own personal record by releasing 95 albums.
