We have collected evidence regarding the numerous malicious posts posted on various platforms, including heqoo, FMKorea, and instiz, and have filed a complaint with the investigative authorities.
As announced in the previous announcement, the lawsuit for damages for defamation and other illegal acts filed against the Taldeok Concentration Camp has been brought to trial, and subsequent procedures are continuing in good faith.
Additionally, we are actively working with investigative and related agencies to ensure that those suspected of illegally obtaining and leaking personal information of artists are punished.
Meanwhile, the suspects who were previously referred to the prosecutors for alleged insult and defamation have been sentenced to a fine.
Some suspects, including users of Twitter, NatePann, FMKorea, etc., have repeatedly created similar malicious posts and comments over a long period of time, and are facing the maximum fine for each crime.
The police investigation was recently completed, and we are awaiting the results of the investigation into the suspects who were sent to the prosecutor's office, and are doing our utmost to ensure that they are severely punished.
