”I couldn't believe my eyes”... A man who appears to be Chinese defecates on a cafe terrace in South Korea

A man believed to be Chinese has caused controversy after it was alleged that he defecated on the terrace of a cafe in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, instead of in the toilet.
Recently, an online community for self-employed people posted a photo with the caption, "What I saw on the news happened to me."
The creator, Mr. A, has been running the cafe for five years. In the photo he posted, a man with long hair wearing a black hat and a red T-shirt is seen squatting with his pants down.
According to the post, a group of three people believed to be Chinese visited the cafe on the 30th of last month. Two of them appeared to be a married couple, and the three were conversing in Chinese.
"The man ordered in English. He seemed to be from Hong Kong, not mainland China," said A. "Around 4:20 p.m., the man came and asked where the restroom was, so I told him,
"I directed him out the back door and to the left where the restroom was," he wrote. According to A, there was a customer who had been in the restroom before him, so the man waited in front of the restroom door.
After a short time, the man returned to his seat, and the group left the restaurant about 10 minutes later, smiling and saying "Thank you for the meal."
The problem came after that. A said, "After the customers left, I had some time to rest, so I cleaned the toilet. After that, I went to the terrace to hang out the towels I had picked.
"I went to the bathroom, but there I found feces," he wrote. Mr. A wrote, "There was feces measuring more than 30 centimeters in diameter on the floor," and added, "I checked the CCTV (security camera).
"The man (who asked where the toilet was) came to mind, and when I searched for the approximate time, I saw him defecating," he explained.
He also said, "I was really shocked. It was the first time in five years that someone had defecated on the terrace of a restaurant.
