Girls' Generation's Hyo Yeon fails in business in LA: ”Opened a soba restaurant but failed”
Hyo Yeon of the girl group Girls' Generation said that she had a business in LA but quit. On the 4th, SBS Power FM's "2pm Escape Cult Show" featured singers Brian and Hyo.
Yeon appeared as a guest. Kim Tae Gyun asked Hyo Yeon, "Have you ever run a business?" Hyo Yeon replied, "Yes. I opened a store selling dumplings and soba in LA. I didn't go there.
My parents and my younger brother used to run it, but my parents couldn't because of visa issues, so my younger brother and his wife took over the business." He also said, "That was the first time that LA had temperatures between 10 and 17 degrees throughout the year.
And LA is always hot. I saw it on CCTV and everyone was wearing long sleeves and down jackets. Soba is popular in the summer. So I failed. I'll never do it again."
