Former President Moon's aide: ”Severe punishment should be given to Moon Da-hye who committed drunk driving” (South Korea)

Yoon Geon-young, a member of the Democratic Party of Korea and a close aide to former South Korean President Moon Jae-in, said on the 11th that Moon Da-hye, the daughter of former President Moon, was involved in a drunk driving accident.

When asked if he had heard anything about the accident from former President Moon, he said, "I haven't met him recently because I was also attending a parliamentary audit," but added, "
I think former President Moon has the same opinion as me." He continued, "Why are articles like this being published, like, 'What snacks did Da-hye eat at the first meeting?'"
"Dear's yellow journalism has gone too far," he said. Meanwhile, Rep. Yoon was the head of the Blue House (South Korean presidential office) during the Moon Jae-in administration.
