At the parliamentary audit of the National Assembly Legislation and Judiciary Committee on the 14th, the ruling and opposition parties announced that they would investigate the Kim Gun-Hee wife's bribery case and the Myung Tae-gyun case.

He also questioned the head of the prosecution office, Oh Dong-un, saying, "Are you in a collaborative relationship with the Democratic Party of Korea?" Rep. Park Jun-tae of the Democratic Party also said, "Last year, the prosecution office received 2,400 cases, but brought zero charges.
"Since it began full-scale operations in March 2022, it has indicted only four of a total of 6,007 cases. It's time to abolish the public prosecutors' office, which has been at the center of constant controversy," he said.
Rep. Yoo Sang-beom said, "I heard that the Public Prosecutor's Office is the 'Democratic Party High Commissioner's Office. But what the Public Prosecutor's Office showed was an incompetent investigation. The only thing they're good at is investigating.
On the other hand, Lee Seong-yoon, a member of the Democratic Party, criticized, "It is time for the Public Prosecutors' Office to step in decisively. We will set up a 'special investigation team for Kim Kun-hee's wife' and investigate her at the Yongsan National Assembly.
"They say that Mrs. Kim has given up ownership of the designer bag, but from the perspective of the Air Transport Agency, the designer bag is not a payment for bribery," said Lee Geon-tae, a lawmaker from the same party.
"If they are not seized until the prosecution disposes of them, it is the responsibility of the head of the Air Transport Agency," he said.
