Kim Nam Gil transforms into a producer... Movie ”How to Open the Door” to be released on November 20th

The film "How to Open a Door," which was produced by actor Kim Nam Gil, the representative of the cultural and arts NGO "GIL STORY," and KB Kookmin Bank to support young people preparing for independence, will be released on November 1.
The film is set to be released exclusively at Lotte Cinema on January 20th, and the main poster was revealed. "How to Open a Door" is about Haneul, whose home, which was the first step towards independence, disappears overnight.
It is a short film about a man's struggle to find his home. Kim Nam Gil, who became a producer, produced it with great meaning, and directed it by Park, who won the Blue Dragon Film Award for Best New Director for the movie "The Day I Died."
The film is co-written and directed by director Ku Ji-wan and director Heo Ji-ae, who has directed many independent films such as "Room for Two Women" and "Save the Cat."
The role will be played by actress Choi Seo-eun, who has been gaining attention for her work in TV series such as "Hi Cookie," "The Queen's Return," and "People of the Weather Service: Office Romance is Unpredictable?!"

The poster was created by Park Eun-hyun, who had previously created a poster for a performance by pansori singer Lee Ja-ram, and was recommended to participate by director Park Ji-wan, who had been impressed by it.

The film builds expectations for her adventure, as to where she will go.
"How to Open a Door" was well-received at the 29th Busan International Film Festival, which ended on the 11th, with all seats sold out. It will be released on November 20th.
