President Zelensky: ”North Korea sending personnel support to Russia”... ”De facto participation in war”

On the 16th (local time), Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said, "We have confirmed through Ukrainian intelligence agencies that North Korea is providing Russia with not only weapons but also personnel."
According to AFP and Reuters, President Zelensky attended parliament and said, "Putin's (Russian President Vladimir Putin's) criminal alliance has already been invaded by North Korea.
"North Korea is effectively participating in the Ukraine war from Russia's side," he said. President Zelensky said, "They are Russians who are replacing the Russians who died in the war.
"In effect, this means a second country joining the war against Ukraine," he said.
President Zelensky also stated that he would take measures against China and Iran in addition to North Korea.
He condemned them, calling them a "coalition of criminals."
