Jae, a former member of the band DAY6, commented on the "funeral wreath demonstration" by RIIZE fans to demand Seunghan's (former RIIZE) departure from the band.
Jay said on the 17th, "The funeral wreath demonstration was disgusting." He continued, "The people who sent the funeral wreath demonstration were online lamenting the tragic outcome for the people they fought for."
Jay added, "God prevented the tragedy from happening, but I was also close to it and saw it first-hand."
"I can't even imagine how much trauma this will cause to young people," he said. "All those involved in this protest should be tried on charges of attempted murder.
"It has to be because it is the truth," he emphasized. Prior to this, SM Entertainment announced plans for Seunghan's return, who had been on hiatus due to controversy over his private life.
RIIZE fans demanded Seunghan's withdrawal, sent funeral wreaths and held demonstrations in front of the management office.
In the end, Seunghan decided to leave RIIZE.
Meanwhile, Jay appeared on the SBS audition program "K-POP Star" season 1 in 2011. After that, he debuted as a member of "DAY6".
