Actress Han Seo Hee moves out of her first home worth about 200 million yen and becomes the owner of a penthouse worth about 560 million yen

Actress Han Seo Hee purchased a luxury penthouse unit in Guri, Gyeonggi-do for 5.24 billion won (approximately 562.8 million yen) in August this year.
Han Seo Hee, who had been residing in a luxury villa purchased for 1.95 billion won in 2021, is currently residing in a Penthouse located just a five-minute walk from the house.
According to the court's certified copy of the deed register, Han Seo Hee moved to a 203-square-meter apartment building in Arcadia Signature in Acheon-dong, Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do on August 21.
Han Seo Hee paid the remaining amount on the 30th of last month and had the ownership transferred to her, but the property is currently subject to a mortgage from a commercial bank with the highest amount of 1.1 billion won.
Considering that the maximum amount of claims is usually set at 110-120% of the loan amount, it is analyzed that the penthouse was sold for about 1 billion won.
Completed in May last year, Arcadia Signature is a luxury rural residential villa with two basement floors and four above ground floors, housing only eight households in total.
The complex consists of six regular units and two penthouse units, with sales prices ranging from the upper 4 billion yen (approximately 420 million yen) to mid 5 billion yen (approximately 5.3 billion yen) range depending on the type.
