”Drunk Driving” Tesla crashes into taxi, killing driver in his 60s = South Korea

A man in his 30s was arrested by police after he was driving a foreign car while drunk and crashed into a taxi, causing a fatal accident.
On the 20th, Incheon Seobu Police Station issued a statement on charges of dangerous driving resulting in death or injury and road traffic violations under the Act on Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes.
The police said they had arrested and are currently investigating suspect A on suspicion of drunk driving. Suspect A was found to be in a drunken state on the road in Dangha-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon at around 11:50 pm the previous day.
While driving a Tesla, he collided with a taxi in front of him. As a result of the accident, the taxi driver, a man in his 60s, Mr. B, was killed and a woman in her 20s, a passenger, was injured.
The suspect is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital. Investigations have revealed that the suspect, who was driving in the first lane of a three-lane road, collided with the left rear of a taxi driving in the second lane.
The impact of the accident then pushed the taxi onto the sidewalk and into a traffic light. Police who responded to the scene measured A's blood alcohol content and found it to be 0.001, the level at which a driver's license is revoked.
A police official said, "Suspect A was also injured and is currently receiving treatment at the hospital. Once he receives treatment, we will investigate the details and decide whether to apply for an arrest warrant."
"We plan to consider this possibility," he said.
