According to the prosecution, the defendant allegedly engaged in sexual assault with JIN (real name JIN) of BTS at the time, between May and June 2022 while he was employed at the company.
They obtained important undisclosed information that the group's activities as a whole would be suspended due to the enlistment of Kim Seok-jin. They used the information they had obtained in advance to announce the suspension of "BTS" activities on June 14 of the same year.
He is suspected of selling his HYBE shares one day before the video was released on his official YouTube channel.
