North Korean ”filthy balloon” ”falls” on South Korean presidential office building

It has been revealed that a piece of a "trash balloon" flying from North Korea landed on the presidential office in Seoul on the 24th. The South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff issued a statement at around 2:30 a.m. on the same day saying, "North Korea
"They are again sending out what are believed to be 'trash balloons' aimed at South Korea," he said. This time, North Korea's trash balloons landed in large numbers around the presidential office and the Yongsan district of Seoul.
Attached to the fallen object were flyers criticizing President Yoon Seok-yeol and his wife Kim Gun-Hee.
This is the second time since July 10 that trash balloons have been found on the presidential grounds.
