Conflict over ”New Jeans” video...ADOR vs ”Dolphin Kidnapping Group” director Shin Woo-seok ends up in court

Director Shin Woo-seok of the production company "Dolphin Kidnapping Group" ended up going to court with "New Jeans" management office ADOR.
On the 4th, Shin Woo-seok, director of the film and advertising studio "Dolphin Kidnapping Team," met with Kim Juyeon, CEO of ADOR.
The company has filed a complaint against the director and vice president Lee Do-kyung for violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (defamation).
In response, ADOR said, "We have personal feelings towards director Shin Woo-seok, who has created such a great work as 'New Jeans.'
However, we cannot tolerate violations of the contract with ADOR or acts that infringe on our intellectual property rights, and we have already filed suit against the Dolphin Kidnapping Group and director Shin Woo-seok about two months ago.
"Director Shin Woo-suk has filed a civil lawsuit against ADOR's management, accusing them of breach of contract and tort damages," the company said.
The dispute between ADOR's new management and director Shin Woo-seok over the "New Jeans" video began in September.
Director Shin Woo-seok said, "It seems that there has been a change in ADOR's policy since the management changed," and that he had removed the footage related to the "New Jeans" music video and other content at ADOR's request.
However, ADOR said that the dolphin kidnapping group had uploaded the footage without consulting with advertisers and without their permission.
Director Shin Woo-seok once again stated that he had posted the image on his channel and that he had never requested that Bang Hee-soo's channel stop uploading videos related to "New Jeans."
ADOR countered by saying that they had unilaterally sent a certified letter demanding the deletion of the footage. The dolphin kidnapping team's director Shin Woo-seok and ADOR, who were at odds with each other, ended up fighting in court.
Meanwhile, director Shin Woo-seok has directed songs such as "Ditto" and "ETA" by "New Jeans."
