President Zelensky: ”We are at war” with 50,000 Russian and North Korean troops

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on the 11th (local time) that "Ukrainian forces are engaged in fighting with approximately 50,000 enemy troops in the Russian city of Kursk."
According to Reuters and other news agencies, President Zelensky said in a Telegram message on the same day, "Today, I received a comprehensive report on the war situation from General Oleksandr Shirsky.
The US news agency CNN quoted US and Ukrainian sources as saying, "Russia is planning to launch a military offensive to retake the Kursk region of the mainland, which is partly controlled by the Ukrainian military.
"Around 50,000 troops, including North Korean troops, are due to participate in the attack," the New York Times reported.
Prior to this, President Zelensky claimed that "about 11,000 North Korean troops have been deployed to the Kursk region," and the US State Department also said, "At least 10,000 North Korean troops have been deployed to Kursk."
"We are planning to move forward with the Russian offensive to retake the Kursk island," he said on the 4th.
The momentum has begun," he said.
