Actress Kim Tae Hee was captured at the cathedral with her two daughters and became a topic of conversation.

Kim Tae Hee gave a lecture on her faith experience on the Lord's Day of the General Congregation held at the Myeongdong Cathedral of the Bishopric of the Seoul Archdiocese of the Heavenly Patriarchate (Catholic) on the 10th November. On this day, Kim Tae Hee attended with her two daughters.

On this day, Kim Tae-hee said, "I know many people wonder why I am standing at this table," and added, "Today. It's Sunday, so I've been at home all day sweating and playing ssireum (Korean wrestling) with my children and arrived just in time for the 7am Mass. I am very grateful and happy that all the people here were able to share the precious Sunday evening Mass time with us."

He continued, "There is nothing grand or special, but as a believer, I stand here with the peaceful feeling that I dare to frankly express my personal thoughts that I have felt during my life of faith as a senior member of my life and faith" and "If someone asks me 'Why do you go to the cathedral' or ’Why do you believe in God? I would simply answer, ‘To be happy’ without any other additional explanation."

She added "As you know a lot about me, I was a model student in my school days, I studied hard and had the joy of getting into the university I wanted, I was lucky enough to gain a lot of popularity and people loved me a lot, and now I have two daughters who are dearer to me than anyone else in the world and I think we have the harmonious family that I always dreamed of." On the other hand, she confided, "I have had many troubles and conflicts in my life like everyone else, from very small and trivial conflicts with people around me to major incidents that must be resolved. She confided that she has been living through such incidents. Kim Tae-hee said that the most powerful existence for her was ‘God’."

Meanwhile, Kim Tae Hee married singer Rain (Pi) in 2017 and has two daughters.
