TvN's Saturday and Sunday TV series "Jeongnyeon: A Star is Born" is set in the 1950s after the Korean War and follows Jeongnyeon, a "born musical genius" who takes on the challenge of becoming the best national drama actor.
The drama depicts the rivalry and solidarity between young people and their glittering years of growth. Kim TaeRi plays Yoon Jung-ryeon, who tries to become a national drama star, and has been receiving enthusiastic love from viewers for her excellent performance.
