South Korean military warns North Korea not to test the patience of its military any further

South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff sent a strong warning to North Korea, which has been launching trash balloons, saying, "The patience of our military must not be tested any further."
On the 18th, the Joint Chiefs of Staff issued a statement regarding North Korea's "filthy garbage balloons," saying, "Despite repeated warnings from our military, North Korea has
"North Korea also released filthy and garbage balloons in the direction of the U.S.-Japan border," he said, warning, "North Korea's actions have crossed a line, and any future incidents that occur will be the responsibility of North Korea."
"North Korea has launched over 7,000 crude and despicable balloons of garbage and filth, causing fear and human and material damage to our people," he said.
"They are causing damage," he said, adding, "They are committing provocative acts that cannot be overlooked, such as dropping a bomb at the venue of a state guest event."
South Korea's military confirmed that North Korea had launched about 40 trash balloons early that morning.
