President Trump considering appointing 'cryptocurrency lawyer' to replace Gary Gensler

President-elect Trump is reportedly considering nominating a cryptocurrency lawyer to be the next Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
President-elect Trump has nominated cryptocurrency lawyer Teresa Goody Guillen to be the next SEC Chairman.
Gudi Guillén is a partner at law firm Baker Hostetler and co-lead of the firm's blockchain practice.
"Gudi Guillen is the best candidate for SEC chairman and we believe he will be the first to win the SEC Chairmanship," said Brendan Playford, co-founder of Martha.
