The event took place at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and was attended by director Shin Yong-sik and actors Song Kang-ho, Park Jung Min, and Jang Yoon-Ju.
"One Win" is about a professional women's volleyball team with no chance of victory, a coach who has never won, a club owner who has no intention of winning, and players who don't know how to win.
The film tells the story of a team that takes on the challenge for "one win." As it is Korea's first volleyball film, "volleyball queen" Kim Yeon-Koung makes a special appearance to add to the film's appeal.
Director Shin Yong-sik said, "There were rumors in the volleyball world that I was going to do a volleyball movie, and Kim Yeon-Koung knew about it, so he asked me if I would be in it.
"I couldn't not do it, and he readily agreed to appear as if it was a given," he continued. "However, the filming period was during the season, so I felt bad asking him to appear.
I thought I couldn't ask too much of him, so I carefully asked for this amount of work, but after the shooting was over, he actually wanted to say some lines.
I realized that I had been in a difficult situation. I regretted later that I should have asked Song Kang-ho to explain what had happened. I wish I had known Kim Yeon-Koung's true feelings beforehand.
"I'm disappointed about that part," he said. The movie "One Victory" will be released in Korean cinemas on December 4th.
