The members of the group "NewJeans" who notified the management office ADOR of the termination of their exclusive contract have decided to cancel all scheduled events under the name "NewJeans" as normal.

"NewJeans" was featured on the live TV Asahi music program "Music" on the 29th.
On the same day, "NewJeans" appeared on the show "NewJeans" under the name "Ditto" and "How
Sweet". NewJeans appeared on the stage with bright smiles throughout the show, exuding lively energy.
The group was full of energy and captivated the panel and the audience. There was no mention of the termination of the exclusive contract. "NewJeans" will be featured on the Nippon Television program "Best Artist" this afternoon.
After that, they are scheduled to appear on a series of end-of-year Japanese programs and festivals, including Fuji TV's "2024 FNS Music Festival."
Previously, NewJeans held a press conference on the 28th and announced, "The five of us terminated our exclusive contract with ADOR on November 29th and have decided to disband HYBE and A.
"We are leaving DOR and will continue to work freely," the group said. "This termination notice is in accordance with the exclusive contract, and the five of us signed the termination notice ourselves.
"The notice was received by ADOR on November 29th, and therefore took immediate effect," the suit argued.
ADOR took a different stance. In a certified response, ADOR said:
"Looking at this, it is unclear whether ADOR committed a violation that would result in the termination of the exclusive contract, and whether the request for correction is based on the premise of the termination of the exclusive contract," and "The exclusive contract is valid until July 31, 2029.
HYBE also announced on the same day in a public announcement, "Our subsidiary ADOR will be announcing the termination of its artist, NewJeans, on November 29, 2024 at 1 p.m.
"We received notice of the termination of the exclusive contract at 0:00 a.m. last week," the company said, adding, "We plan to take appropriate action in relation to this contract termination notice, and will notify you as soon as we have decided whether to terminate the contract."
"We plan to do so," he said.
