"The 'revenge politics' on the surface is spreading endlessly with budget cuts and a flurry of impeachment," he said, harshly criticizing the Democratic Party of Korea.
At the rally condemning the outrageous bulletproof budget, he said, "If the Democratic Party of Korea continues to run wild without any brakes, it will end up committing the first ever 'political violence' in constitutional history."
"During the 22nd National Assembly, the government was constantly shaken by the rampaging of legislation, retaliatory impeachment, and threats of an independent investigation, and ultimately led to the criticism of the Chief of the Board of Audit and the prosecution leadership," said Cho.
He said he would paralyze national politics through impeachment. If anyone, including Chairman Lee Jae-myung, gets in the way of the Democratic Party's bulletproofing, he will threaten to impeach any national institution, auditing institution, or investigative institution, and will disrupt the budget to paralyze their functions.
"They are brandishing the blade of a vile retaliation against the government," he said. "The only purpose of the party is to disrupt national affairs and destabilize the administration, and the only goal is to make the party chairman bulletproof. They are the 'Bulletproof Party Together' and the 'Impeachment Addicted Party.'
"The impeachment of the head of the Board of Audit and Inspection and the chief of the Central District Prosecutors' Office is unprecedented in our constitutional history," he said. "Together with Chairman Lee Jae-myung, they have halted the investigation and audit of the Democratic Party, destabilized national politics, and rendered the government powerless.
"This is political terrorism aimed at turning the country into a regressive, dark place," he said. Cho also sarcastically addressed National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-sik, saying, "We must not allow the Korean National Assembly to continue its regressive, dark history."
"Chairman Woo Sik has been on the side of the Democratic Party thoroughly on every issue, from the negotiations on the composition of the House of Representatives to the four laws on controlling broadcasting, the law on encouraging illegal strikes, the law on scattering cash, and the special prosecution of Corporal Choi," said Choi.
"Bills that were unilaterally processed in standing committees without the agreement of the ruling and opposition parties, such as the Special Prosecutor's Act on the Prosecution of Mrs. Kim Gun-Hee, were submitted to the plenary session at the will of the Democratic Party," he claimed.
He continued, "If today we help the Democratic Party to push through the impeachment motion against the prosecution and the Board of Audit as they wish, there will be no reason for the Speaker of the National Assembly to exist any longer.
"I don't think there is any reason for this. I want you to take a look at whether your attitude shows leadership and take the lead starting today, right now," he added.
