The cases currently being reported to the police are those filed by the Fatherland Reform Party, 59 people including the chairman of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions, the Progressive Party, and the Democratic Party of Korea, each of which is accused of violating Article 87 of the Criminal Code.
The charges include rioting under Article 5 of the Military Criminal Code, rebellion under Article 5 of the Criminal Code, and abuse of power under Article 123 of the Criminal Code. The suspects named in the indictment include President Yoon, former Minister of National Defense Kim, former Minister of the Interior and Safety Lee, and Cho Ji-ho, the head of the National Police Agency.
The others are Kim Bong-sik, the chief of the Seoul National Police Agency, and others.
