South Korea's Ministry of Foreign Affairs: ”We are continuing to communicate with European and ASEAN countries”

Regarding the December 3 state of emergency, the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, "In addition to the United States, Japan, and China, we continue to communicate with countries in Europe and the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations)."
