BlackRock: ”Focusing on Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs...No other altcoin spot ETFs yet”

BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF has surpassed BlackRock's Gold ETF in terms of assets under management, but it appears BlackRock is not yet considering other altcoin spot ETFs.
Eric Balchunas, a senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, said on the 12th (local time) via X (formerly Twitter) that he will be speaking with Jay Jayco at the Bloomberg Conference.
The report quoted Jacobs, head of BlackRock Active ETFs, as saying, "Currently, the market utilization of Bitcoin and Ethereum is only the tip of the iceberg.
"Therefore, rather than launching other altcoin spot ETFs, we will focus solely on Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs."
