”Onion Man” former Minister of Justice ”imprisoned”... ”I reflect on my shortcomings and limitations” = South Korea

Cho Kuk, the former head of the Fatherland Reform Party and aka "Onion Man," who was sentenced to two years in prison by the Supreme Court for his daughter and son's fraudulent admission to high school, was arrested at 9 a.m. on the 16th.
At 1:38 a.m., before being taken to Seoul Detention Center, Cho said, "We must put all our efforts into changing the government."
"Please support the National Reform Party," he said, adding, "No matter what, we must prevent the ruling party, People Power, which is complicit in the civil war, from maintaining power."
"After the change of government, we must move forward as a leading country in social rights," Cho said. "It's getting cold, but spring is coming. I will continue to read, exercise, and save.
"I cannot agree with the factual findings and application of legal principles in the court's ruling, but I will accept the Supreme Court's ruling and act as a law-abiding citizen," he said.
I came here to fulfill that duty," he said. "I will deeply reflect on my shortcomings and limitations during my time in prison." Meanwhile, a branch of Cho's office was in front of the main gate of Seoul Detention Center from 8 a.m. on the same day.
