"Fall: Director's Cut" is a story about a stuntman named Roy who leads a curious young girl named Alexandria on a fantastic adventure with five outlaws in remote areas of 24 countries around the world.
This is the director's first release in 18 years, and it is a work that tells a story, remastered in 4K to add even more gorgeous visuals and new scenes.
In 2018, SHINee's Key appeared on JTBC's movie talk show "One Row in the Corner of the Room" and talked about his life as a movie.
He chose "The Fall" directed by Tarsem Singh as his favorite. "The Fall" is famous for being shot in 24 countries around the world over four years without any CGI.
"The Fall" is a fantastical tale of five outlaws who set out on a single enemy, and a beautiful portrayal of the friendship between an injured stuntman and a child who tells the tale.
It is a masterpiece that depicts the story. It was released in 2008 and was known as a hidden gem, but its true value was later revealed through social media, and it will be remastered in 4K and have about 2 minutes of footage in 2024.
Upon hearing the news of the release of "The Fall: Director's Cut," Key said, "It's a film that has never existed before.
"I'm so happy that my life movie, which depicts the colors I have seen in my life, is being shown again in theaters," he said.
"Fall: Director's Cut" will be released exclusively at CGV in Korea on the 25th.
