Strive Applies for U.S. Approval for Bitcoin Bond ETF

Asset management company Strive has submitted an application for a Bitcoin bond ETF to the U.S. financial authorities. Strive is an ETF that can invest in bonds of companies that have purchased or plan to purchase Bitcoin.
The FSA has asked financial authorities to approve a scheme to invest in convertible bonds issued by MSTR to raise funds to purchase Bitcoin.
Vivek Ramaswa, who founded Strive in 2022, said he worked with Tesla founder Elon Musk on the government efficiency of U.S. President-elect Donald Trump.
He was appointed co-chair of the Department of Environmental Protection and Geography (DOGE).
