”IVE” and ”SEVENTEEN” unit ”BSS” postpone comeback promotions... ”Deep condolences”

Groups "IVE" and "SEVENTEEN's unit "BSS" have decided to cancel their scheduled programs to express their condolences for the Jeju Air passenger plane accident that occurred at Muan International Airport on the 29th.
On the 29th, IVE's management office STARSHIP Entertainment announced on their official SNS that "IVE, which was scheduled to be released on the 29th and 30th, has been postponed.
"We have postponed the promotion schedule for our third EP, 'IVE EMPATHY,'" the company said. "IVE expresses its deepest condolences to the victims and their families who were affected by the accident.
"IVE" will release the preview title song on January 13th next year, and will release a new album on February 3rd. In preparation, they have released a trailer video and photos.
They had planned to build up excitement for their comeback, but the tragedy that left hundreds of people dead and injured occurred, and it seems they decided to pause the promotion for now and show their support for the memorial.
On the 29th, SEVENTEEN's unit "BSS" announced through their official SNS that "BSS' second single "TELEPARTY" which was scheduled to be released at 6pm today will be released.
"We have postponed the upload schedule for her new social media profile photos," the company said in a statement. It continued, "We would like to express our deepest condolences for this tragic loss and ask for the understanding of all fans."
Initially, SEVENTEEN BSS was planning to release an official teaser ahead of the release of their second single "TELEPARTY" on January 8 next year.
The schedule for the event will be announced at a later date. In addition, Brian from "FLY TO THE SKY" has also cancelled his birthday party and fan meeting that was planned for next month.
Prior to this, on the morning of the 29th, a Jeju Air passenger plane crashed at Muan International Airport, carrying a total of 181 people, including 173 Koreans, 2 Thais, and 6 flight attendants.
According to rescue authorities including the Fire and Disaster Management Agency, at around 9:07 a.m. on the same day, the aircraft, flight 7C2216, attempted to land on the runway at Muan International Airport but crashed and collided with the outer wall of the runway.
As of the 23rd minute, 177 people had been confirmed dead, two survivors had been confirmed, and two crew members who had been in the rear of the crashed aircraft had been rescued. Deputy Prime Minister Choi Sang-mok, acting president and Minister of Strategy and Finance, will be present.
A seven-day period of national mourning has been designated, ending on January 4th.
