【単独】 ”文化財に釘を打った” テギョン(2PM)&ソヒョン(少女時代)共演KBSドラマ、国家遺産庁が「許可違反。法的措置も可能」
[Exclusive] ”Knocked a nail into a cultural asset” - KBS TV series starring Taecyeon (2PM) and Seohyun (Girls' Generation) violates permission, National Heritage Agency says ”Legal action possible”
The KBS TV series "I Stole the Lead Role's First Experience," starring Taecyeon (2PM) and Seohyun (Girls' Generation), has announced that it will hold a press conference to announce the signing of the Byeongsan Book Festival, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
As witnesses reported that nails had been driven into the pillars of the academy, the city of Andong and the National Heritage Administration also began to take measures.
In an interview with POP, he said, "We've received complaints through the online citizen petition system, Minmin Shinmungo, but filming permission is a matter delegated to local governments, so it has to be granted by Andong City.
"The permit conditions state that cultural heritage sites should not be damaged, but because the company violated this condition, the city of Andong, which issued the permit, is investigating the matter," he said.
"We are considering taking related measures," he said, adding, "First, we need to receive the report on the details. Because the document was damaged, we may take legal action and even file charges."
A netizen who identified himself as an architect said that Byeongsan Seowon was used as a filming location for a KBS TV series.
He reported on social media on the same day that he had witnessed the destruction of the building during the process of renovation. He said that he had come across the scene while visiting Byeongsan Seowon on the afternoon of December 30th, and that nails had been driven into the wooden pillars.
He claimed that despite his protests after seeing the shooting, the staff got angry instead. After that, Mr. A contacted the Cultural Heritage Division of Andong City Hall to confirm the follow-up measures and to provide information to the media.
"I learned that this kind of thing happens all the time, and I've heard the unbelievable fact that in modern ruins in particular, pillars and walls are sometimes dismantled for the purpose of filming," he said.
"You may wonder if hammering in a nail is such a serious matter, but I think hammering in a nail in a hanok or even in your own home is something you should be very hesitant to do. When it comes to cultural properties, you have to be even more careful.
"Maybe we have to do this," he said, expressing his concern.
