Democratic Party of Korea: ”We will accuse the floor leader of the People's Power Party of propaganda of civil war...including four YouTubers” = South Korea

The Democratic Party of Korea accused the People Power Party of propaganda for rebellion under Article 90, Section 2 of the Criminal Code.

The suspect is Ulsan city council member Hong Yoo-jun. YouTubers Bae Seung-hee, Go Sung-guk, Lee Bong-kyu, and Song Chang-kyung were also among those accused.
The special committee said, "Recently, they have openly asserted that 'emergency martial law is justified,' justified acts of insurrection, and opposed the impeachment of President Yoon, distorting the idea that 'impeachment is the same as insurrection.'"
"The forces spreading the theory that has been circulated as a slander are wreaking havoc," he said. "Since there is no statute of limitations for the crime of inciting rebellion and propaganda, we will pursue legal responsibility to the end, no matter how long it takes.
The special committee also plans to create an online platform called "Democratic Police Station" on the 6th to receive information related to martial law.
