Huening Kai of the group Tomorrow x Together has donated 50 million won to help victims of the Jeju Airlines crash.
On the 3rd, the Korean Red Cross announced that TOMORROW X TOGETHER's HUENING KAI donated 50 million won a day to support the victims of the Jeju Air passenger plane accident.
Huening Kai participated in the donation to show his desire to help the victims' families return to a stable daily life as soon as possible.
The donations will be used to support the families of the victims who are facing difficulties as a result of the accident, and for damage recovery and relief efforts.
HUENING KAI said, "I feel great sadness and heartache at the sudden news of this accident.
"I decided to make this donation in the hope of being of some help to the families of those affected. I would like to convey my condolences and deepest comfort to all those who are experiencing grief," he said.
Meanwhile, immediately after the Jeju Air passenger plane accident, the Korean Red Cross dispatched volunteers, staff, and psychological counselors to the scene with relief supplies and equipment to carry out relief and psychological support activities.
In addition, a large-scale national fundraising campaign is being launched through a website and bank account to support the families of victims.
