Will the arrest warrant for President Yoon Seok-yeol be extended? The Joint Investigation Headquarters requests a second warrant

The Joint Investigation Headquarters, which is investigating President Yoon Seok-yeol's Dec. 3 emergency martial law, has again requested the court to issue an extension to the arrest warrant for President Yoon Seok-yeol.
On the 6th, the Joint Investigation Headquarters said, "We requested a warrant to extend the validity period of the arrest warrant for suspect Yoon Seok-yeol at the Seoul Western District Court."
The High-Ranking Public Officials Crime Investigation Agency, which formed a joint investigation headquarters with the police and the Defense Ministry's investigation headquarters, said on the same day, "The police's national investigation headquarters
"We have sent an official document to the Special Investigation Team of the National Guard's Martial Law Investigative Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Special Investigation Team) requesting that the arrest and search warrants for President Yoon Seok-yeol be executed," the ministry said.
The investigation was left to the discretion of the police in order to ensure uniformity in the on-site command system. According to Article 81 of the Criminal Procedure Law, an arrest warrant may be executed by a judicial police officer under the direction of a prosecutor.
In addition, Article 47 of the Public Prosecutor's Office Law states that "With regard to the duties and powers of the prosecutors and investigators of the Public Prosecutor's Office, as well as other matters related to this Law, the Public Prosecutor's Office Law or the Code of Criminal Procedure shall be followed, unless they are contrary to the provisions of this Law."
Deputy Prosecutor General Lee Jae-seong said, "We sent a public document to Choi Sang-mok, the acting president, requesting the Presidential Security Service to cooperate with warrants, but we have received no response."
