”Onion Man” former Minister of Justice sends letter from prison... ”I was hoping to meet Yoon Seok-yeol in the detention center” = South Korea

Cho Kuk, aka "Onion Man" and former South Korean justice minister, sent a prison letter to members of the Fatherland Reform Party.
Four letters sent by Cho on the 4th of this month were made public under the title "Former Chairman Cho's Prison Letters." In the letter, Cho wrote, "January 3 is the day of Yoon (Yoon Seok-yeol/Yoon Seok-yeol, President of the Democratic Party of Japan)
"I was so distracted by the news about the execution of the arrest warrant for Kim Jong Un," he said. "I was hoping to meet Yoon at Seoul Detention Center, but that didn't happen."
He went on to say that President Yoon is a "crazy tyrant who ignores court warrants," and that "since assuming the position of prosecutor general, he has been acting with authority, thinking of himself as above the law and the state."
He criticized the government for being too strict.
