JIMIN becomes the K-POP champion chosen by global fans!

Jimin of BTS has proven his overwhelming popularity by topping the K-pop charts in 2024. Jimin was voted #1 on the global fan voting site Shining!
In the "2024 King of K-POP" voting held by the K-POP Awards, JIMIN won first place with 408,559 votes and 50.87 percent of the votes.
This marks the third consecutive year that the winner has won first place, following 2013. The Shining Awards will be holding a charity event in the name of the winner, JIMIN, to celebrate the achievement of the World Donation Foundation.
The donation will be delivered to the Global Organizations and JIMIN will receive a donation appreciation certificate.
The support has become a positive influence, and the result is more meaningful. JIMIN's second solo album's title song "Who" is King
It ranked first in the "December 2024 World Song HOT50" which was conducted by Choice from December 1st to December 31st.
"Who" won 810,592 votes out of a total of 1,671,192 votes in this poll, taking first place for the second time.
In the past, they have set an astonishing record by topping the charts for a cumulative 14 months (including 7 consecutive months) with their two songs, "Crazy" and "Set Me Free Pt.2."
In addition, after winning first place for the first time on the World Song HOT50 in June 2021 with his solo song "Filter" recorded on BTS's 4th full album,
With the vNTV Series OST "With You," JIMIN also topped the "World Song HOT50" in June and July of 2022.
He won a total of 19th place in the "World Song HOT50" with five songs, which was hosted by Choice. Since 2021, he has ranked first in the "World Song HOT50" for four consecutive years, and is serving his military service.
However, he has firmly established himself as a popular global star.
