Actress Shin Min A donates 1 billion won over 10 years to burn victims

Actress Shin Min A is steadily exerting her positive influence. The Hanlim Burn Foundation announced on the 27th that Shin Min A recently donated 100 million won (approximately 107,700 yen).
Prior to this, Shin Min A has been donating to the Hanlim Burn Foundation every year since 2015, hoping that the money would be used to cover the medical expenses of burn patients.
The total amount donated is now 1 billion won (approximately 107.7 million yen), and 201 burn patients have been treated through this.
In just one year in 2024, Shin Min A helped 18 children and women with burn injuries receive treatment and surgery. In addition to the donation, Shin Min A also supports the Hallym Burn Foundation's burn specialists.
The students delivered letters and presents to pediatric patients at Hallym University Hangang Sungsim Hospital, which is the hospital's main hospital.
The Hallym Burn Foundation plans to use the donation to cover medical expenses for children, teenagers and women with burn injuries, as well as nursing care costs for low-income burn patients.

Shin Min A, who received the Good People Artist Award at the 14th Beautiful Artist Awards ceremony held last year, said, "The precious prize money I received today is very much appreciated.
"I will donate the prize money to those who need a helping hand in difficult circumstances," he said, asking that the money be used for students at his alma mater, Dongguk University's Department of Drama.
