President Yoon's approval rating hits 51%... South Korea's largest opposition party accuses him of ”manipulating public opinion”

The main opposition Democratic Party of Korea (MDP) has protested against the results of a public opinion poll showing that South Korean President Yoon Seok-yeol's approval rating exceeds the majority, calling it "public opinion manipulation."
The Democratic Party's Special Committee for the Verification and Improvement of Opinion Polls (hereinafter referred to as the Special Committee) said on the 6th, "Biased and deliberately planned surveys are not opinion polls but public opinion manipulation," and "President Yoon's approval rating is 51%.
The special committee said, "The polls conducted by this organization are suspected of being conducted in a way that favors respondents with a certain political leaning."
"This is a trend that is the exact opposite of the party support ratings shown in key opinion polls," the statement said, adding, "We will take action against these distorted results in accordance with the Public Offices Election Act."
