Kim Ki-hyun, a member of the People's Power Party, wrote on Fei Book that day, "The Constitutional Court is in a race to speed up the process, as if they were eating roasted beans in the blink of an eye, and they keep their mouths shut and say, 'The answer is no.
The courts are conducting trials like this, with the judges simply answering questions, and this has led to distrust in the judiciary.
"The Constitutional Court conducted its hearings using illegally obtained investigative records as evidence, did not provide sufficient opportunities for cross-examination of the defendants, and even criticized the court," Kim said.
"By forcing the submission of questions only one day in advance, it effectively gives witnesses and their opponents time to coordinate their stories," he said.
Rep. Kim said, "A trial with a predetermined direction is nothing but judicial murder.
"This is a serious crime. If the Constitutional Court does not immediately correct this unconstitutional and illegal act and continues this 'political show' disguised as a trial, the judges who participated in this judicial murder will not be able to escape heavy punishment," he emphasized.
Rep. Yoon Sang Hyun also said at a press conference in the National Assembly that the statements made by Hong Jang-won, the first vice director of the National Intelligence Service, and Kwak Jeong-geun, the former commander of the Army Special Forces, were different from those made during the early stages of the martial law situation.
"The Democratic Party lawmakers Kim Byung-ju and Park Sung-won, who are accused of perjury and witness bribery by key witnesses, have been criticized for their blatant tampering and are being held accountable for their actions," he said.
"We must accuse them by name. This is what the special investigation should be about," he said. Rep. Na Kyung-won also wrote in a Fei Su-bok article, "Last week, the Constitutional Court decided to impeach them for inciting rebellion.
The two key witnesses' notes, testimonies and evidence that significantly undermine the credibility of their testimonies were presented one after another. The false allegations of inciting rebellion are a threat to the president, and early impeachment and early presidential elections are the basis for Lee Jae-myung.
"It will become clearer that this was a low-quality scenario aimed at making the leader of the Democratic Party of Korea (Myanmar) president," he wrote.
He urged the rejection of the impeachment motion against Prime Minister Han Deok-soo, saying, "The National Assembly impeachment committee has voluntarily withdrawn the charge of treason from the impeachment charges, and it has become clear that the impeachment was hasty.
"Attempting to change the grounds for impeachment and conduct a trial on those grounds is an abuse of the impeachment power and will destroy the judicial system."
