"Investments must be made in cryptocurrencies, such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, and other virtual assets," and "the investment amount cannot exceed 10% of the total funds."
On the same day, U.S. Representative Kaylin Young also introduced a bill to establish a Bitcoin Strategic Reserve in Maryland.
