On the 12th, the production launch of the new Netflix original series ‘Love Movie’ was held at the JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul, Jongno District, Seoul. Director Oh Chun-hwan, Choi Woo-shik, Park Bo-young, Lee Jun-young and Jeon Soni attended the event.
Park Bo Young will be working with Choi Woo-shik, following Park So Joon and Park Hyun Sik, who are well-known as best friends in the entertainment industry. She said, "We all have different strengths, but Park So-joon was my elder brother and Park Hyung-sik was my younger brother" and added, "I met friends my own age for the first time while doing this job. I could feel how easy it is to spend time with people your own age and feel that you can spend time with them like friends. It was very good."
She continued "I was always comfortable on site. And when Woo-shik spoke, he was very funny. He is a laugh button for me and I want to see him again when I'm not feeling well. I want to take it out. All three were good, but the best was actor Choi Woo-shik."
‘Love Movie’ is a romance about ambiguous young people who want to fall in love and fulfil their dreams, but who discover each other, become each other's inspiration and overcome their own traumas in a cinematic moment. A reunion romance unfolds between the adolescents, each with their own deficiencies but moving towards their dreams and love, and the 30-year-olds who dream of a life of melo.
Director Oh Chun-hwan, a hit maker who directed ‘Hotel Deluna’ and ‘Start Up’, and writer Lee Na-eun, who showed the essence of adolescent romance in ‘That Year We Were’, have hit it off and plan to complete a romance with different sensory details. The combination of Choi Woo-shik, Park Bo-young, Lee Jun-yeong and Jeon Son-hi, who realistically express the face of youth, is attracting high expectations.
‘Love Movie’ will be released on 14 February on Netflix.
