SM Entertainment unveils new character for 30th anniversary... releases KAKAOTALK stamps

SM Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as SM) unveiled its new official character and released KAKAOTALK stamps today (14th), marking the 30th anniversary of its founding.
SM's new official character lineup "SMTOWN FAMILY" consists of three friends who live in SMTOWN: "SMTOWN LODI", "SMTOWN
The characters are composed of "Rimi", "SMTOWN MONI" and "Rimi". The names of the characters this time are based on the three elements of music: melody, rhythm, and harmony.
The design was inspired by the brand's Harmony logo. Elements of SM's corporate identity are hidden throughout the design, such as the ribbon of "LODI," the wings of "RIMI," and the ears of "MONI."
In addition, to celebrate the release of the new character, SM is releasing a stamp for KAKAOTALK called "HELLO! WE ARE SM TOWN"
FAMILY” will be released, where fans can see a variety of stamps that express the “spirit of a fan” enjoying SM music and culture, and it is expected to attract the keen interest of “pink bloods.”
The KAKAOTALK stamps will be available for free on a first-come, first-served basis when you subscribe to the SMTOWN Official KAKAOTALK channel from 2 p.m. today (14th).
The app will be available for free use for 10 days, so fans are expected to respond enthusiastically.
