President Yoon is known to have spent about 30 minutes in the command and control room in the basement of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and about 6 minutes in the conclusion support room.
He also made the allegation that Hong Jang-won, the former deputy director of the National Intelligence Service, had drunk alcohol on the day of the emergency declaration. At the time, he said, "I thought the (then) director of the NIS was overseas, so I told Hong, 'I'll give you the money.'
