ONF tops Korean music charts upon comeback... Records chart simultaneously

Idol group ‘ONF’ grabbed the top spot on major charts in and outside Korea upon their comeback.

On the 18th, ‘ONF’ released ‘ONF: MY IDENTITY’, part 1 of their second full album, and the title track ‘The Stranger’ reached No.1 on Bugs' real-time chart on the day of release. In addition to charting all the songs on the album, they also charted songs from their previous activities.

They also emerged on the international charts. ONF: MY IDENTITY' reached No.1 on the Japanese iTunes Top Albums Chart and also reached the Top 10 of the iTunes Top Albums Chart in Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia and Taiwan. It reached No.16 on the worldwide iTunes album chart, demonstrating the strong presence of ‘ONF’ within the global music market.

After a strong start to their comeback, ‘ONF’ will launch their comeback activities in earnest starting with Mnet's ‘M COUNTDOWN’, which will be broadcast at 6pm today (20th). The group will provide powerful healing energy with a dynamic performance that unfolds without time to catch their breath as they perform their new song ‘The Stranger’ for the first time on their comeback stage. They are expected to make a strong impact with their point dance, which is a symbolic representation of the shape of a gun.

The Stranger' is a pop genre that stands out for its funky rhythms, and the vocals of “ONF”, which move freely in a wide range of registers, are impressive.
