MANSA, an Africa-based international payment services company, has completed a $10 million funding round led by Tether.
On the 20th (local time), The Block reported that Tether led a $3 million pre-seed investment round in Mantha and also invested in Polymorphic
Other investors include Octerra Capital, Faculty Group, and Trive Capital.
Mansa is an on-chain liquidity service that uses USDT to make cross-border payments easier for businesses.
The aim is to improve the speed and accessibility of cross-border payments by providing an on-chain liquidity solution powered by USDT stablecoin.
Mansa has raised $7 million in additional liquidity from institutional investors, which the company plans to use to expand into Latin America and Southeast Asia markets.
