The ratio of income between the elderly and rural residents has been reduced to 2.34:1. In addition, the improvement of living conditions in rural areas has been promoted. The filling of the gaps in infrastructure and public services in rural areas has been accelerated, and the construction of rural roads has been improved.
130,000 kilometers of pipes have been newly installed or renovated. The coverage rate of tap water in rural areas has reached 94%, and the coverage rate of home delivery service has exceeded 95%.
